Workforce Development
Your Coast Chamber is invested in the future of YOUR company or business. The objective of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce is to help businesses succeed and we do just that through our Professional Development Series. We provide businesses with an opportunity to gain that competitive edge by attending a variety of courses including computer classes and lunch & learns. Computer Classes include courses such as Excel, Access, and Intro to Web Page Design. Lunch & Learns will touch on subjects such as Leadership, Employment Law, and Customer Service.
Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce has worked hard with local workforce development resources to make these courses affordable and convenient for small businesses. Most recently we have partnered with IP Casino Resort & Spa to introduce “Guide to Growing Your Business” to aid small business growth and development. It is a monthly program that will feature a local Business Resource Partner and provide services to businesses. Each month two meetings will be held in order to better serve and meet with local businesses.
Check out our Upcoming Events calendar for all upcoming dates and times for our Workforce Development classes!
